Our return policy


    No returns allowed on any final sale items, except for if flaws in workmanships are found.  We only accept returns if the item received is faulty or wrong. This apply to any products shipped with defects in carftsmanship or material. Please contact us at customer-service@fashiers.com or filled the form clicking here return to approve your return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 20 days of when you received the item.



Return Process


  1. Send us an email to customer-service@fashiers.com with order information, pictures of the damage items received and a brief description of the problems with the item.

  2. We will review your request and if approved we will send you via email the information to send the item.

  3. Send the item following the instructions given in the approval email. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. The shipping cost is not refundable. If the cost of the item is over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will received your return.

  4. Once we received you item we will inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved we will continue to process your refund and a credit will be applied to your paypal account or original method of payment, within certain amount of days which can be up to 14 days to process the refund.



Order Cancellation


    To cancel an order you can email us to customer-service@fashiers.com with the request and it will only be approved if the order hasn't been shipped yet, by the time we received your email. that means if we haven't sent you an email with the shipment details.
